Skills Required:

  • MS/Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a closely related field is required.
  • 3+ years of Python experience is required.
  • High level of technical competence and effective oral and written communication skills
  • Capable of performing statistical computations and simulations.
  • Capable of identifying data or analytical issues and assisting in providing solutions by applying own skills and knowledge or seeking assistance from others.
  • Capable of establishing strong relationships with peers and cross-functional partners in order to achieve higher performance.
  • Extremely motivated to drive innovation by raising the bar and challenging the status quo


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design, analyze, and report clinical trials or other scientific research studies is required.
  • Develop protocols and/or statistical analysis plans independently, including details for programming implementation.
  • Make recommendations for appropriate analytical designs for a wide range of data and analyze data for outcome evaluation.
  • Use statistical methods and approaches to create, complete, and analyze research projects.
  • Work with clinical statistics, data sciences, statistical programming, and other stakeholders to evaluate existing databases, including clinical studies and real-world databases.
  • Create detailed and actionable evidence generation analysis plans in order to deliver high-quality evidence and insights to drive decisions.
  • Recognize and report data problems or violations of study assumptions.
  • Provide specifications for derived variables and analysis datasets.
  • Carry out independent statistical analyses following the analysis plan.
  • Identify and anticipate issues that may arise during the study design, conduct, and propose scientifically sound solutions.

Education Qualification

MS/Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a closely related field is required.
