About the Role

We're seeking a hands-on Campaign Manager to lead multi-channel campaign execution across Cambridge Technology's diverse business divisions. This role requires a strategic executor who can design, launch, and optimize campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels while managing the full campaign lifecycle from concept to measurement.


Key Responsibilities

 

Campaign Execution & Management

  • Set up, launch, and manage integrated campaigns across email, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital channels
  • Execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting key accounts and decision-makers
  • Design and run awareness campaigns to build brand visibility and generate demand
  • Manage campaign workflows, scheduling, and deployment
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to align campaigns with goals

 

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop campaign strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience needs
  • Create audience segmentation strategies for different buyer personas and industries
  • Design multi-touch nurture programs and lead progression paths
  • Plan campaign calendars and coordinate cross-functional execution

 

Tools & Technology

  • Manage campaign execution in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and ad platforms
  • Set up tracking, attribution, and reporting dashboards
  • Ensure proper campaign tagging, UTM parameters, and conversion tracking

 

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of hands-on experience managing B2B marketing campaigns
  • Proven track record executing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
  • Demonstrated experience with ABM and demand generation campaigns
  • Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads
  • Working knowledge of SEO concepts and best practices
  • Copywriting skills with ability to write for different audiences and channels
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking and reporting campaign metrics
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple campaigns independently
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B technology or SaaS marketing
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM)
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, marketing attribution tools)
