Cambridge Technology Financial Services Inc (CTFSI) is currently seeking a highly motivated person for our Advisory practice which is a provider of process transformation consulting services to large corporate clients of the Financial Services Industry.

Please note: This is a hybrid role. 75 to 80% of work time is remote. There are occasions where there will be face to face client work onsite in the Metro NYC area.

Experience:  7-10 years 


Educational Qualification: 

  

Degree (Bachelor and/ or Master) in Computer Science, Informatics, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Business/ Finance or similar areas or related field 

 

Skills Required: 

 

Professionals with a variety of backgrounds, including excellent academic credentials in quantitative sciences, IT, engineering, and business economics, as well as 7+ years of professional experience. 

 

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in IT Solutions engagements with a minimum 2 years of leading the engagements 

  • Previous experience in the Financial Services industry 

  • Proven experience leading and growing large-scale user experience design and development projects 

  • Experience in solutions with workflow orchestration, AI/ ML models, RPA automation, and data management including cloud and integration connectors preferred 

  • Experience with low code/no code and BPM tools (e.g., Flowable, Signavio, Camunda, Pega, etc.) would be an additional asset although not a prerequisite 

  • Knowledge and experience with Waterfall and/or Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies 

  • Experience in an Agile team role (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner, Tribe/Chapter Lead, Release Train Engineer) would be an additional asset although not a prerequisite 

  • Project Management and/or Agile certifications are desirable 

  • Traveling availability to work on projects at client locations 

  • Work from home, otherwise 

 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

 

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing client relationships and leading project teams from project planning through execution, while specifically managing the day-to-day process of design and implementation of digital solutions including: 

  • Manage expectations and day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors 

  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions, project kick-offs, sprint planning, and retrospectives/post-mortem 

  • Identify and solve project-related problems that are technical, business, and resource-specific 

  • Facilitate effective and efficient internal meetings; work with project team members to develop strategies and action plans based on the outcomes of those meetings 

  • Grow client relationships from a profitability standpoint; drive revenue growth and develop the entire relationship within a client organization (e.g., identify key decision makers and opportunities, connect project team members with appropriate client counterparts, etc.) 

  • Create Statements of Work and be responsible for their successful execution; control project scope and issue Work Change Orders appropriately 

  • Contribute to the ongoing process and methodology improvements, helping to establish governance with the compliance of solutions with architectural patterns and standards 

  • Partner with CT Labs to evaluate new technologies and to identify and build-out best practices / solutions that can be applied across the Cambridge business.
