We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mobile Solution Architect to join our innovative global delivery team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of mobile technologies and a proven track record in developing and delivering high-quality mobile applications with intuitive and engaging user experiences. As the Mobile Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading and growing our mobile development practice, ensuring the successful delivery of mobile projects, and driving innovation in mobile technology solutions. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing the skills of our mobile developers.

Skills Required
- Experience with cross-platform development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
- Knowledge and application of emerging technologies such as IoT, and AI/ML in the context of mobile applications.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in mobile application development, with a focus on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile development frameworks, collaborative and productivity tools, mobile analytics, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in agile development methodologies and project management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and bring new ideas to the table.
- Certification in mobile development, cloud, or related technologies.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert advice on mobile solutions.
- Translate client needs into intuitive, and innovative apps on-time, within-budget and with engaging user experience.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in mobile technology.
Project Delivery:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of mobile projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities.
Technology Expertise:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in mobile technologies and incorporate them into the development process.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed.
Team Development:
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the mobile development team.
- Conduct regular performance assessments, mentorship, and training programs to enhance the capabilities of team members.
