We are seeking a Quality Assurance Executive with a minimum of 2+yrs experience in Software Quality Assurance, preferably with CMMI Dev/ SVC Implementation experience. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating continuous software process improvement by analyzing process requirements along with existing process completeness, correctness, and efficiency. This includes developing new IT processes, updating existing processes, maintaining current process documentation and cross-references to standards like CMMI®, ITIL®, etc.

Mandatory -
- CMMI Dev/ SVC Implementation experience
- Good knowledge of project life cycles(SDLC, Service Life cycle, Waterfall, Spiral, Agile, etc. )
- Involvement at least 1 CMMI Level 5 Appraisal
- Process Audit experience
- Metrics Analysis
- Knowledge on performing RCA using, Control Charts, 5-Why Analysis, Pareto Analysis, Fishbone, etc
- Knowledge of ITIL /ISO 20000 / 27001
- Proficiency in MS-Office (MS-Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Desired
- Know about Project management concepts.
- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms, service management tools
- Experience on quality tools like Minitab, Crystal ball
- Experience on PPB-PPM
- Conduct Process and quality pieces of training for all levels of the organization
