Marketing Head

SUMMARY 

Cambridge Technology is seeking a marketing manager who will be are responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for our US organization to, establish a lead /demand generation process, a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for sales, develop inbound and outbound marketing campaigns. All marketing activities should be designed to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

The successful candidate will have experience with complete marketing campaigns; including, email. Content writing and management, Google Analytics (360), ad words, banner ads, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and other tools available to drive lead generation. Additionally, experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform, is essential and experience with SaaS software or cloud consulting would be preferred.

The marketing manager must be a business leader and a marketing leader, capable of developing accurate budgets and targets for all marketing activities. We are looking for a results driven marketing manager who thrives on achieving and exceeding established goals and seeks to develop the successful marketing platform that drives growth, year after year. Operating at the center of the marketing department, these professionals must have extraordinary communication skills.


Responsibilities

  • Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales teams in US.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Preparing & Execute online campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing. (HubSpot, Marketo etc.)

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a cloud based marketing environment
  • Masters/Bachelor degree in Marketing or advertising.
  • Experience with multi-level lead gen campaigns
  • Marketing and sales planning
  • Experience with 3rd party marketing/sales tools (Marketo, HubSpot etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and analytical skills
  • Capable of delivering best-in-class presentation and collateral marketing materials (PPT etc.)
  • Inbound/Outbound marketing campaigns
  • Ad words and banner ad campaigns experience
  • Experience with trade shows and other external marketing opportunities
  • Confident and dynamic personality.
Work Location/Mode - Hyderabad, Hitech City/Work from office / 5 Days a week
